Dr. Brian Scott
Ph.D. Clinical Psychology
Singapore
Alfred Adler, an Austrian psychiatrist, once said: "The only normal people are the one's you don't know very well." All of us are plagued by psychological issues at some point in our lives. The more unfortunate of us live a life traumatized by past events, sometimes without being consciously aware of it. However, there are a variety of effective psychological techniques to help one cope with emotional problems.

Dr. Brian Scott is a clinical psychologist in Singapore with three decades of counselling and psychotherapy experience in helping adults with a multitude of psychological difficulties. These include anxiety, depression, addictions (behavioral, substance), and Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (Adult ADHD).
Dr. Scott has worked extensively with adults who experience emotional problems caused by lingering effects of childhood abuse, trauma, or neglect. This condition, now known as Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (Complex PTSD), was formerly referred to as codependence. This condition's importance is increasingly recognized in adult dysfunctions.
It is important that you feel safe and confident in the counselling situation. As a registered psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society, the Hong Kong Psychological Society and the College of Psychologists of Ontario, Canada, Dr. Scott's years of experience and qualifications will help you in this regard.
